Sample Itinerary

This trek will be your own...

so it's impossible to have an exact itinerary as we'll start and stop as we see fit. If you're tired, we'll take a break, if you're feeling energized we'll power through an afternoon, if you see an interesting village we'll stop for tea. An average day will go something like this :

7:30 wake up

8:00 breakfast and meditation

9:00 start trekking

10:30 snack & tea break

12:30 lunch

2:00 back on the trail

4:00 settle into a teahouse for the evening, tea + showers + chill time

6:00 light stretching + dinner + dessert

7:00 games + good conversation + evening tea

9:00 stargazing + journaling + sweet dreams
